Case Management

We provide case management services by linking individuals and families with appropriate providers and resources throughout the continuum of care, while assuring that care is provided in a safe, effective, timely, and efficient manner.

Community Engagement

We are passionate about building positive relationships and connecting with our community. We consistently work to engage with our community and in order to identify problems and implement solutions.

Disaster Relief

We work diligently to supply resources to individuals and families as needed. Resources we have provided include a food drive and protective mask giveaway.

Outpatient Therapy

We provide teletherapy sessions by a Licensed Clinician Counselor as needed for approved persons to help individuals and families address the long-term impact of trauma. Teletherapy will address issues involving anxiety, depression, stress, life changes, job loss, financial concerns, witnessing a loved one go through a life-threatening experience, etc.
